-Matt Goss is teaming up with Bouhammer's Afghan and Military Blog to offer complimentary tickets to his show on Friday and Saturday nights. Veterans and a guest would receive FREE admission to Goss' Caesars Palace show. They are also hosting a dinner and meet and greet opportunity. All veterans are invited, but you must contact the blog to arrange for tickets.
-Madame Tussauds Las Vegas is giving veterans buy-one-get-one-free tickets from Friday, Nov. 11 through Nov. 13. Military ID required.
*They also have an 11/11/11 special; "locals" who show their Nevada ID at the box office and mention the "11/11/11 locals rate" on Friday, Nov. 11 will receive an adult general admission ticket for $11.00 - woo hoo!
-Veterans can also receive FREE entertainment on the Las Vegas Strip on Veterans Day, courtesy of theatre owner David Saxe.
The shows include V The Ultimate Variety Show, BeatleShow!, The Mentalist and VEGAS! The Show.
Saxe is also issuing his annual challenge to other local business owners to support vets. The complimentary show tickets will be on a first come, first served basis Friday, Nov. 11 at the Saxe Theater and V Theater box offices. Military proof of service required. Proof of military service includes a U.S. Uniform Services I.D. Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, current Leave and Earning Statement, photograph in uniform, Veterans Organization Card (American Legion, VFW, etc.) and DD214. -Las Vegas Wranglers hockey team is offering FREE tickets to military service members this weekend. The Wranglers will take on the Stockton Thunder Saturday and Sunday at the Orleans Arena. The team will wear special camouflage jerseys that will be auctioned off for proceeds to benefit Fallen Not Forgotten. Visit the Orleans Arena box office before the games for complimentary tickets.
