Yummo! Ok, so avoid if pregnant! These are really good, while I am sipping on Peppermint Mocha from Starbucks! Ha! They only hold up though, for like 2 days at room temp - says Martha. So, don't bake these goodies too far ahead!
Ingredients
Makes about 5 dozen
3 large egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
Red gel-paste food coloring
1 cup heavy cream
6 ounces good-quality semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
