They seemed to grasp the concept of the languages better as well. I have 2 4-year old boys and a 2 year old boy that I tried this out on. They all loved the songs and one was even trying to sing later in the car.
My 2 year old loved the puppet that mommy used to pretend with. We only tried this for one week so far and what I loved most was the 2 languages that are together. At their age they can seem to not understand some of the English words yet, so it was nice that they were included too.
If you are unfamiliar, Boca Beth uses songs that include both the English and Spanish translations to teach children both languages. My kids were able to pick up Spanish words and phrases rather quickly using the songs. I think it's a great way to teach your child Spanish and/or English! I am very committed to them speaking a second language, it is so important for their future, I believe. Thanks Boca Beth for setting me on the right track!
