I recently was given a free copy to review and complete my own taxes. I have been using TurboTax for nearly 10 years now and I find it more user friendly than ever. They have enhanced the software with lots of little images that make it eay to understand, like a GPS for taxes. On each an every section there common questions that pop up when you need help. There are on-line communities too and you can ask your own question in the box 24/7 to a tax professional. Now, how awesome is that? As a frequent user of their software I was very excited to see that they now have an overview that allows you to go right back to where you left off. All of the laws are up to date and they make it very simple by asking you easy to answer questions as they guide you to completing your return. I love all of the checkpoints too. There are more checkpoints than ever and your are double checked for errors. You can even see your risk for audit and they easily identify areas in which you can improve.
Never filed using a software before, try TurboTax out it is FREE, you just pay to file and once you are satisfied. You will find it very user friendly and affordable. TurboTax also believes in giving back.
