This month it is about the twins!
Did you know that April is Multiple Awareness Month?
It was started to increase awareness for multiple birth children (twins, triplets and higher) and their place in the community. How we interaact with them in school, treating them like individuals, the different types and much more. I am not trying to make fun of anyone, but it is a little funny when you have some random person come up to while you are shopping and ask if you have twins? Please my boys are IDENTICAL!!!!
The National Organization of Mothers of Multiples has 2 local chapters in town.
I am the current President of the East Las Vegas/Henderson chapter.
I would like to invite you all to our Multiple Awareness Panel that will be held this
Thursday, 4/15 at 7:00 PM at St. Rose Dominican Hospital (San Martin Campus);
8280 W. Warm Springs Road, Las Vegas, NV 89113 (See Map)
This is the only event all year that is OPEN to the public!
It is FREE and we'd love to meet you.
There will be an panel of specialists, multiples and moms.
You will have a chance to ask questions, etc..
