From BroadwayWorld.com: JERSEY BOYS Las Vegas, the story of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons, celebrates its 1,000th performance at The Palazzo Resort-Hotel-Casino at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, August 28. To celebrate the milestone performance, JERSEY BOYS will host the “Walk Like a Man” shoe drive where fans can bring a pair of new children’s shoes to the theater lobby between 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. August 28 in exchange for a complimentary ticket to this special performance. A maximum of two pairs of shoes per person will be allowed and up to 1,000 tickets will be distributed to fans who participate in the shoe drive. The complimentary tickets are only valid for the 6:30 p.m. performance on August 28. All shoes will be donated to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas.

JERSEY BOYS will donate 1,000 pairs of children’s shoes to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas just in time for the start of the new school year. Following the drive, the JERSEY BOYS cast will make the special delivery to the children of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas. The organization’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. More than 13,000 youth ages 5-18 are served in eight facilities throughout the Valley.

“We are thrilled, not only to celebrate this exciting milestone performance on the Las Vegas Strip, but to be able to give back to the children of Las Vegas at the same time,” said JERSEY BOYS producer Michael David.
