Luke & Lucy The Texas Rangers DVD Review & Giveaway

Today, 2/22 was the release of Luke and Lucy: The Texas Rangers on DVD and Blu-Ray.

My family had the privilege of seeing this movie today. It was so cute. My boys; 5, 5 and 3 just loved the movie. They asked to watch it again tomorrow. In their words, "awesome".

The story is about Luke & Lucy and how they unravel the mysterious shrinking of the world’s population. A masked villain has kidnapped all the Texas Rangers and shrunk them. With the help of their family and friends, these unlikely heroes ride off to the Wild West on an adventure of a lifetime, take over Texas Ranger HQ and save the world.

The movie features the voice of Billy Ray Cyrus. The dvd's also contain an exclusive interview with Billy Ray Cyrus, music videos, downloadable activity sheets and a digital copy.

I would recommend this movie to any family. It is a must-see on your family movie night. Order your copy here.

  2. Our children are 8,2,&1, so trying to find something suitable for their age range to keep them all entertained is somewhat a challenge! I would love to give this try. Thanks!

  4. Absoulutely AWEFUL. We had to turn it off after 20 minutes. There is cussing, violence (fist fighting), guns, and references to alcohol. If that wasn't bad enough, the movie itself is really bad and the animation is second rate. Absolutely skip this one!!!

  5. How embarrassed I was when my 15 year old babysitter told me last night that she had to turn the movie off b/c of cussing. I am glad she had the sense to do so and realized that this type of language is not appropriate for children and it should certainly not be rated as a family film...not in my family anyway. Not sure what is so great about it.
