Maggiano’s Little Italy Senior Culinary Director Keith Brunell has partnered with our 44 Executive Chefs from across the country to present the launch of our “Little Italy Favorites” dishes. These limited time only dishes feature seasonal recipes created by our Executive Chefs.
One of the stars featured on “Little Italy Favorites” menus nationwide is Lobster Ravioli. In 2005, Anthony Psyk, the Las Vegas Executive Chef, knew his guests loved lobster, and was inspired to create the Lobster Ravioli. Using sweet Maine Lobster, Anthony put Maggiano’s on the map as the first large-scale restaurant to offer Lobster Ravioli.
