Come witness one of the largest BBQ Championships in the United States. Over 100 teams from all over the world have signed up for this fabulous outdoor event. Best of all, it's FREE to the public!

11:00am - 10:00pm - Gates open to the public
10:30am - 3:00pm - Amateur UNLV Ribba Ramma competition begins*
3:00pm - 3:30pm - Amateur UNLV Ribba Ramma Turn-In
4:00pm - 6:00pm - $10 Donation to UNLV with Voting Card Purchase and sample the amateur ribs
6:30pm - 7:30pm - Amateur UNLV Ribba Ramma Awards Ceremony/Prize Payouts
*Ribba-Ramma, Amatuer Rib Cook-off begins at 10:30am on Saturday and sponsored by UNLV Athletics. Top three places win prizes! The public can register for this event online here.
