I add some grilled or canned corn (depends on season), a can of black beans, rotisserie chicken shredded (Just under $5 at Sam's), cucumber and crushed tortilla chips for my "Southwest Salad". I love it with the Hidden Valley Spicy Ranch or Ken's Honey Mustard. It's kind of my signature salad. Try it!
