I used to HATE doing laundry and while it isn't my favorite thing to do still, it is so much easier with these machines. Being able to load in the front has been a huge blessing. I am only 5' 1" and so bending over into other machines and trying to lift up heavy wet clothes made it difficult. Now I can move the laundry from the washer to the dryer with ease. Of course the task of folding is still an issue...now, if it could just do that!
Another thing that my Whirlpool Duet machines handle better are stains. For some reason my oldest is coming home with writings everywhere...I guess in middle school they find it "funny" to write on eachothers clothes...Say what?!? I am the one that has to try and get the ink stains out of the clothes after....so stop! She just went shopping for clothes at some more pricier stores for her birthday and I am not about to let that $25 t-shirt be ruined after one day. But don't let her know how easy it is...you just simply set the soil level and it took care of these stains...WOW! I love how easy the Whirlpool Duet Machines make this task. We have not had to pretreat even my husband's dirty construction work clothes like we used to. The Whirlpool machines have sensors to dispense with precision and a Deep Clean cycle. For his clothes I use this button and turn it on. So it is such a time saver and the clothes is clean without a lot of work on my end, simply the push of a button and that makes this mommy happy!
Disclosure: I wrote this review while participating in a test-drive campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Whirlpool and received a complimentary Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer to facilitate my review.
