IKEA Antilop High Chair Recall

IKEA, in cooperation with the US CPSC, voluntarily recalls for repair the ANTILOP high chair. Customers who have an ANTILOP high chair from supplier #17389 and production date 0607-0911 (YYMM), are asked to immediately contact IKEA for instructions on how to receive replacement restraint, free of charge.

The high chair restraint buckle can open unexpectedly, creating a fall hazard.

IKEA has received eight reports worldwide of restraint buckles that opened unexpectedly, including three reports of children who received minor injuries after falling from the high chair.

Customers with an ANTILOP high chair are asked to check the supplier number and production week number molded into the underside of the seat.

IKEA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
