I have a fun-filled day planned with my kiddos and hubby too.
As a mom of nut and peanut allergy school kids, unfortunately today we are on high ALERT.
Last year, I spent the evening with one of the twins: 2 epi shots, an ambulance ride and 7 hours at the ER later from eating a butterfinger heart from a classmate (whose parent obviously didn't pay attention to the bajillion notes sent home and posted in the classroom).
So, I am headed out to attend their party too - praying for no accidents today and that all my love ones are safe. It is moments in my life like this that makes us want to celebrate the holiday even more - my children are my everything and I love them more than anything.
