Okay so I have to give it to JCPenney's this is fabulous and funny! Of course I am an Ellen fan, we are both from New Orleans. Of course, I love my coupons and I could imagine that would be me back in the Old West....ha ha ha. But JCPenney's is on a new mission to save everyday with just low prices and no more coupons. It makes it easier, I'll give you that. So, be on the lookout for their lower prices...now let's just see if they will keep up with Kohl's?!?
