Watermelon Pops

These yummy pops are so refreshing and a great thing to do with your watermelon in the summer time!
There are actually 2 ways to make these - Virgin and Boozy!

Ingredients

3/4 cup tequila*
1/2 cup Grand Marnier*
1/2 cup fresh lime juice*
Pinch of coarse salt
Small Seedless Watermelon

Directions

Stir together tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, and coarse salt in a large bowl. Cut watermelon into wedges. Soak in tequila mixture for 15 minutes (or juice for non-alcoholic). Insert ice-pop sticks into wedges. Freeze on a rack-lined baking sheet for 1 hour or more.

*For the non-alcoholic version take out the booze and substitute in either freshly squeezed orange juice or orange juice. Of course, you can get creative and try other juices as well!
