Elf on the Shelf is a popular Christmas activity for the kids. Of course, it is the parents that have to do the work (typical).
We've had our Elf for many years now. It was just in the last few years that I started doing more fun mischief and scenes with the elf. I have to admit, I don't do the scenes nightly. Heck it's only been seven days since he's been here and I forgot twice already.
This elf idea was really cute and I had never done this one before it's called the Sprinkle Angel. Simply take some sprinkles and put them out on the table. but the elf in the middle and motion with his legs creating a "snow angel" in the sprinkles. Do the same motion with its hands. Viola! Sprinkle Angel Elf!!!
