Red, White and BOOM cocktail ($7.99): The specialty drink is a sweet strawberry margarita made with triple sec, tequila, Blue Curacao, sweet and sour mix, fresh strawberries and lime.
Italian Stuffed Burger ($12.95): The burger is stuffed with gorgonzola and fontina cheeses and topped with red and yellow tomatoes and includes steak fries.
Pop Rocks Gelato ($4.50): Choose from flavors of strawberry, tropical punch and watermelon gelato topped with an assortment of Pop Rocks flavors.

On July 4th, restaurant guests can enjoy a holidy combination a domestic beer and the choice of one of the following for $18: Matador Burger: Burger topped with caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, guacamole, a three-cheese blend of Gouda, Jack and Oaxaca, spicy Thousand Island dressing, lettuce and tomatoes all served on a freshly baked bolillo roll.
Sonoran Hot Dog: Hot dog wrapped with smoked bacon and topped with jalapeño aioli, pinto beans, caramelized onions, pickled jalapeños, pico de gallo and mustard and served on a freshly baked bolillo roll.
Chorizo Cheese Fries: Fries topped with caramelized onions, Mexican chorizo, Thousand Island dressing, T&T nacho cheese and cilantro.
Tom's Urban
Tom’s Urban inside New York-New York is celebrating red, white and blue all month with its All-American Summer Menu featuring food and drink specials. Starting on July 1, guests are invited to indulge in American-inspired specials such as fried dill pickles, bacon jalapeño mac & cheese and Backyard Cheeseburger Sliders. In addition, guests will be able to imbibe with specialty cocktails including Fire Cracker, Watermelon Pimmp, Melon Cooler and more. The specials are available July 1 - 31.
Rhumbar at The Mirage Hotel & Casino
Rhumbar will feature a new drink for the holiday weekend, The Patriot. The Patriot ($12) is a mixture of American Harvest vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, blue Curaçao and egg whites, garnished with stars made of Angostura bitters. The bar will also host extended happy hour specials from 2 to 6 p.m. Rhumbar's resident DJ will spin from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday and Saturday and from 9:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday - Thursday.
Cabo Wabo Cantina inside Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & CasinoCabo Wabo will offer drink specials July 3 - 5 and a live music performance from Shawn Eifferman on July 4. Their featured drink will be the Fiesta Firework daiquiri ($19) which includes layered strawberry daiquiri, piña colada and blue curacao.
The Deck at Aliante Casino + Hotel + SpaThe Deck pool will feature drink specials for 4th of July. Specialty cocktails will include the Tropical Mule and Coconut-Lime Margarita and guests may ‘make it a large’ by adding an additional shot to any cocktail for an additional $4. Partiers can celebrate the holiday with friends and order one of Aliante’s 58-ounce pitchers for $30 or a beer bucket special priced at $36 for six beers. The pool will be open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. through the holiday weekend, with day-passes available to non-hotel guests for $20 per person.

Serendipty 3 is rolling out the BBQ specials for July 4th starting with the Maple Bacon Cronut Sundae for $17.76. So they take Bourbon and burnt sugar ice cream, butterscotch and maple walnut sauces topped with two fresh fried maple bacon cronuts, fresh whipped cream, candied bacon sprinkles and maple glazed bacon strips.

Wet Republic is doing the holiday the only way they know how -- wet. Their new signature cocktail is delicious, refreshing and, most of all, super wet. The WET White and Blue is full of Grey Goose Cherry Noir, Blue Curacao, Minute Maid Lemonade, a splash of Sprite and a drop of Grenadine in the bottom of the glass.

Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red RockHearthstone will have beer and burger specials all weekend long. For $20 get a Beer and Burger. Remember, Red Rock will also have fireworks at 9PM.
