Okay, so most of us are pinning away on Pinterest searching for inspiration on food, fashion and decor. There is just so much information out there now, it is so easy to find DIY projects. So many of us are hooked on blogs, home improvement tv programs and more. There is no doubt that we are living in an age of DIY, particularly amongst Millennials. I know that I love DIY because I can custom projects to fit my style. Of course, I am not alone, research* is showing that more than half of DIYers under 35 are spending more than $1,000 a year on projects. Wow! Whatever the reason, most people agree that building something with your own hands is always a satisfying feeling and can add value to an object’s worth. The idea of putting your own effort into a project makes it extra special, whether it’s a project for your home or one that you might give as a gift.
