I was sent a box to try and they worked much better than the q-tips that I have been using for years. They were comfortable to use and flexible, not too hard or harsh. I like the idea of the fact that they were exfoliating my ears. I tend to have dry skin out here too, so it helped with that as well where just the same old q-tips never took care of the dry skin, The scooped design was genius for me.
